In Rural locations, this may change, and it is upon the customer to check that the booster will work for their local cell tower. We recommend using the sites Below. We can not be deemed responsible if the order is incorrect, and changing it will be at the customer’s expense.

1. The customer is responsible for using signal boosters. If you have any requests regarding product registration and use, we can advise you. However, we do not take responsibility if the booster is not allowed to be used at your premises in a certain situation.
2. We are acting according to New Zealand’s law requirements. All points are legitimate and clear.

1. You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement detailing the products you have ordered.

When we despatch the order, the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
3. We may refuse to accept an order:

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been packed and has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
Please note that once the package leaves our warehouse, it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking details to reach your inbox.
If you believe your order has been delayed or you have not received your tracking details within 48 hours, please contact our customer care team via the contact page so that we can track your order and update you on its current status.

A contract between us will not be formed until we confirm by e-mail that the goods you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
(b) Pricing and Availability:
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, description, and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. In case we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction.
