Product Overview:
This dual-band signal booster is a Smart Mobile Signal Booster. The booster is? designed to enhance 4G (1800 MHz, Band 3) and 5G (3500 MHz, Band n78) signals in NZ. It provides coverage for an area up to 300 square meters, which is suitable for small homes and offices.
With the mobile signal booster in place, you would be in a better energy position for boosting signal and receiving mobile phone services.
The booster acts as a door between your mobile devices and the nearest BTS (Base Transceiver Station). This way the strongest signal is accessed through the Donor Antenna. It then amplifies and retransmits the signal to areas with weak or no coverage while also boosting the signal back from your mobile devices to the BTS.
Important Note:
Please note that the booster will not work with frequencies other than bands 3 and n78. So it is prudent to validate your carrier’s connection on the two bands first.

Why It’s Important to Check Your Provider’s Frequency Before Choosing a Signal Booster?
To ensure the device will work with the frequency bands used by your mobile service provider at your specific location to capture and amplify the signal effectively.
Mobile networks operate on different frequency bands (e.g., 700 MHz, 1800 MHz, 2100 MHz) – (B28, B3, B1).
Each provider may use a combination of these bands depending on the area.
To avoid this issue and get the best performance, you should:
- Identify the frequency bands used by your mobile carrier at your location.
- Perform a frequency test or contact us to guide you.
- Choose a compatible booster that supports the specific bands in use.
** If you want a mobile signal booster that works across all frequency bands and covers multiple networks, choose from our Universal Boosters.
